Possip Parent Feedback

Orange Middle School has partnered with a group called Possip to provide monthly quick hit surveys sent straight to your phone. Here's how it works:

• The first Friday of every month you will receive a text with a link to complete the survey
• The survey is only two questions with an option to provide additional feedback
• The survey should take as little as 30 seconds to complete

Thank you for sharing ideas through Possip this first week of November! We are seeing that 97% of you are happy or mostly happy with Orange Middle School this week.

Members of our community also shared the following: 

• 84% of families shared that they have a good understanding of their student's current academic progress
• Praise for the school’s strong academic support programs, which provide students with resources and opportunities to succeed and build confidence
• Appreciation for the dedicated, approachable, and communicative teachers and staff
• Gratitude for the welcoming community, clear communication tools, and engaging extracurricular opportunities
• Feedback about academics highlighting a desire for clearer, more consistent communication from teachers about student performance
• Comments regarding staff and school culture included concerns about student interactions, classroom disruptions, and inflexible lunch seating
• Suggestions for operational improvements included better cleaning and sanitation in lunch areas, improved bus safety practices, and providing students with lockers
