Rising 6th Grade Students: Orange counselors and administrators will be giving the scheduling presentation to current 5th grade students at Freedom Trail, Glen Oak, Oak Creek, and Olentangy Meadows Elementaries on the dates listed below. Students will be given a Course Selection Sheet and all the information they will need to choose their classes for the 2026-27 school year. Please complete the Course Selection Sheet with your student and return it to your elementary school by Thursday, February 12th.

Rising 7th Grade Students: Orange Counselors will share video and scheduling sheets with current 6th grade students on Monday, January 26th in Academic Assist. Students will be given a Course Selection Sheet, a PowerSchool Step Sheet and all the information they will need to choose their classes for the 2026-27 school year.

- Counselors will visit rising 7th grade students during their Academic Assist class to schedule in PowerSchool on Thursday, February 5th

*Note about scheduling study hall (6, 12, 18, 24, 36 weeks). Please complete the Course Selection Sheet to choose study halls. You do not need to schedule study hall in PowerSchool. If your selections do not add up to 36 weeks in PowerSchool, study hall will be selected for you.
